Co-Curricular Learning
Aligning Student Learning & Success
To ensure our students are prepared for life post-graduation, we map our programming to our T.I.G.E.R.S. learning framework, which is supported by research across disciplines that supports the holistic growth and development of college students. Our co-curricular approach connects what students are learning across all parts of their college experience. Whether through involvement, leadership, service, or daily interactions, students have opportunities to reflect on what they’re learning and identify the skills and values they’re building along the way. Weaving these best practices into the fabric of our campus culture, we ensure that every experience contributes to our students’ growth and success.
Student Learning in Action
T.I.G.E.R.S. Framework
Our educational priority is an overarching statement of what students will learn from engaging in Mizzou Student Affairs programs and services. Our learning goals through each letter of T.I.G.E.R.S. represent the specific learning goals to achieve our educational priority.
As a result of engaging with Mizzou Student Affairs, all students will learn and develop into responsible T.I.G.E.R.S. in and beyond our community.

Alternative Digital Credentials
In an increasingly digital professional landscape, accomplishments should be visible and verifiable. These Mizzou issued credentials serve as a verified record of achievements, allowing Tigers to showcase their unique competencies to future employers.
