Leadership Cabinet
The Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Cabinet consists of the nine senior leaders who oversee the division’s departments. Meeting weekly with the Vice Chancellor, this team is responsible for the strategic alignment of our values and strategic initiatives and the high-level operational decisions that impact the student experience across campus.

SALT Team
The Student Affairs Leadership Team (SALT) serves as the division’s broader leadership community. Comprising Directors, Associate Directors, and Assistant Directors, this group bridges the gap between divisional strategy and daily student interaction. SALT meets regularly to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, share best practices and ensure a unified approach to student success at every level of management.
