Specialties

Kelsie is a lifelong Columbia-area local who cares deeply about the community and the students who call it home during their college years. With 10 years of nursing experience—including three at the Mizzou Student Health Center—she draws on a wide range of clinical experiences to offer thoughtful, well-rounded support and perspective. She’s a proud pet parent to four animals, two of whom are tripods confidently navigating life on three legs, which has given her a deep appreciation for adaptability, perseverance, and the ways we grow through life’s challenge. She is committed to fostering an environment where every student feels seen, respected, and supported throughout their college experience. As the eldest of three siblings, she naturally embraces a supportive presence for students navigating college life, and outside of work she enjoys tattoos (as evidenced by her full space-themed sleeve), ambient lighting over the dreaded “big light,” reading, embroidery, karaoke nights, and anything involving a disco ball.
