Welcome to Mizzou! As we prepare for the spring semester, we want you to know how to keep yourself and our entire campus community safe so we can all enjoy as many in-person experiences as possible.

1. Please review the student section of the Show Me Renewal website for the most current information and expectations. Compliance with these protocols fall under the Collected Rules and Regulations.

2. You are required to complete Show Me Renewal: COVID-19 Student Repopulation Training that will provide general guidance about our COVID safety procedures. You must complete the training by Jan. 25; failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action. For technical support, call 573-882-5000 or email techsupport@missouri.edu.

3. While on campus, maintain a social distance of 6 feet and wash your hands frequently. Face coverings are required on campus in most situations — including classrooms, university buildings, common areas of residence halls and outdoor spaces when social distancing cannot be maintained. Face coverings are also required in the city of Columbia.

4. If you have concerns about how a fellow student, faculty or staff member is following these COVID-19 policies, please fill out a COVID Safety Measures Reporting Form.

If you are a student employee, you will need to complete an additional employee training module. The HR Service Center will send more information to your university email.

While we can’t control the circumstances the pandemic has created, we can control our response. We know you will support each other and our community so we can continue to learn together and engage with one another this upcoming semester.

Please know that I am always available to hear your concerns and help you in any way I can.
