Student Fee Review Committee

The Student Fee Review Committee (SFRC) serves as the liaison between the student body and the campus leaders, in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency in the review of the activity and facility fees billed to graduate and undergraduate students.

The committee was established by the Articles of Cooperation between the Missouri Students Association (MSA) and Graduate Professional Council (GPC) and advises MSA, GPC and university leaders.

The SFRC is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs regarding changes to activity and facility fees collected on behalf of the student body. These recommendations are then forwarded to the Chancellor, Chief Finance Officer and Board of Curators for approval.

The SFRC is composed of 13 University of Missouri students in the following manner:

  • 1 Chairperson (Undergraduate or Graduate)
  • 2 Co-Vice-Chairs (the MSA budget chair and the GPC Treasurer)
  • 7 Undergraduate Students
  • 3 Graduate Students
